Anyone know where to buy sheets of foam that can help absorb some of the reflections in my recording room?

One of the lowest cost method is to purchase Rock Wool, put it into a rectangle frame of wood and wrap the Rock Wool with cloth.
You can purchase Rock Wool from any house renovation materials supplier. The wooden frame can be cut to your required size by any DIY store. Cloth of your choice can be found at Spotlight at Plaza Sing.
We did this for our studio here and it works perfectly.
