Harlow folks.
Today, I shall introduce to you a Japanese Fusion violinist - NAOTO.
Si So Dance (kinda rock)

Must have strong back to pull his stunt.

Gosh! Taro Hakase is supporting him in the supporting string orchastra!!
I believe the bassist is Shigeki Ippon who played in Unit Asia with Hiroyuki Noritake http://courseware.nus.edu.sg/e-raion/document/archives/2008/jazz_2008.pdf
Spain

Enjoy the lovely, soulful intro by my fav guitarist - Taroma Koshida!
Played by a Japanese string orchastra, this song sounded very sophisticated. NAOTO's solo sounds Japanese. Actually, kinda Korean at the beginning. Reminded me a little of the Korean drama 宫. However, the essence of Spain, which is the rhythmic expression is not lost. Good thing, they have a very solid lady percussionist. I believe she is the same lady percussionist in Taro Hakase's Jounetsu Tairiku at HATS Fest '07.

Jounetsu Tairiku (Violin Summit 2006 version)

My fav japanese musicians are in the show!
Cello: Hiroki Kashiwagi
Bass: Toru Nijishima
Guitar: Toruma Koshida
And NAOTO tried to be funny again...
Hope you enjoy these vids!
