Ishibashi U-box

Has anyone ordered a bass through Ishibashi U-box? Just wondering if there are precautions to take, as the u-box is mainly in japanese, I don't really understand.

the ordering process is done totally through their email customer support. you will have to contact a sales representative through their email address. it is not possible to do it through the site if we are outside japan. email them to enquire on anything that is listed on their site.

i have bought a bass through the webshop though not from the u-box, as have countless others. i emailed them requesting a quote with shipping on several models, including u-box items, though the u-box bass i wanted was sold by the time they replied. so where security etc is concerned, you need not worry too much

Nope, no need to call them up. Dealt with them on a number of occasions through emails. They respond usually within a couple of days.

in my case the quickest reply came within 2 hours. that is why ishibashi is my favourite shop of all time
