Humbucker is too noisy..

Hi everyone,

Recently i noticed that the Hot Rails in my strat is as noisy as the singlecoil pickups on my guitar, esp on high gain. I know that hums will not eliminate 100% of the noise but i think it was at an acceptable level about 2 days ago..

Its really irritating as the noise is a of different frequency and it is more noticeable.

Is there anything i can do to fix this?

might be a shielding problem of your pickup's dont like flourescent bulbs. describe the noise to us so that we cna better help you in fixing the problem?

maybe if you'll wanna get a noise gate for noise reduction....
it'll work... trust me

I think that the noise just occured like a few days ago. So its more of a electronics problem.

I use the noisegate on my podxtlive but it kinda sucks at times. Cuts the notes too early.

Which guitar tech charges a reasonable price for checking my guitar's wiring?

I plan to bring it down soon. This noise is not normal buzz heard when gain is high. Its far worse than that. With gain at 8, and its totally unplayable..

check the grounding wire on ur trem claw?? i might have come loose..
