Does anybody know where can i get a Danelectro guitar in singapore?
know how much it costs?

i'm looking for the 59' model or the U2...
i kinda dig the funky shape and colour

anybody played it before?

I used to own a Dano DC-12 12 string guitar....tat model was discontinued since the 90s. I got it from Ebay Chimy, retro 12 string sound..

Anteopiz: The bridge pickup, I would say is twangy...neck pickup`s output is high. Actually I didn't use any distortion on it, since its a 12 string, which is meant to be played clean, so I can't comment on the pickup`s ability to handle dirt n gain.

and is it is said that in the middle position of the toggle switch
danos have both their pickups wired in series and compared to parallel...
is this true?

so faizal, does the tone seem more "fat" when the switch is in the middle

anteopiz: Yup, when in mid position, it sounds jangly..sound a little like a Tele but only warmer sounding..
