RARE GUILD DV52 w/Fishman Aura Ellipse PU system. Purchased and owned by professional musician from NYC.
Built in the Original Guild Factory in Rhode Island (USA) pre-Fender buy-out, this is a rare DV52 model, natural satin hand finish.
Purchased in NYC, with a Fishman Aura Ellipse pickup system custom installed by Rudy's Music NY.
After playing many top-end dreadnoughts, chose this guitar because of its piano-like tonality: less 'boomy' than a Martin, less 'tinny' than a Taylor, more ballsy than a Gibson. Sensitive to quiet, finger-picking and does not bottom out when picked hard. This guitar can get incredibly LOUD and not lose its tone or sustain. Closest I've found is Collings (which is $10,000 USD).
Included with purchase is Fender hard/soft case.. easy to gig with and flight-ready.
Also will include 2 custom, made-to-order gold lead cables from Zaolla (paid $200 USD each).
