All actuator switches have been replaced through City Music.
Comes with carry case, power unit(Adaptor) and 1m cable.
Reason for me still keeping this, it can manage mics for vocals and guitars.
Reason for sale, I have not used it much since it got back from City Music. I use my Looper functioned pedalboard more now.
