There are 3 items in all:
1. The handheld DPA D: facto Vocal Microphone (which can be used like a normal corded microphone)
2. A shure Adapter that allows you to used the Mic capsule from the D: facto with any Shure Cordless microphone
3. A Sennheiser Adapter that allows you to used the Mic capsule from the D: facto with any Sennheiser Cordless microphone
Looking at $1,000 for the whole lot. Comes with its own case and has been sparingly used. PM to deal.
