WTB: Screws with protective washers for rack modules

I'm looking for some screws which comes with those plastic washers (to prevent scratches on rack modules).

Anyone selling or knows where I can get them?

Sim Lim Tower(not the infamous SLSquare!!) have these. There's a shop on the 3rd floor (next to the lift) that sells different sizes of screws and washers. I'm not sure what size you are looking for but I've bought some from that shop before.

yes I remember I bought step-down transformers here,
owned many 110v equipment from Japan, so need transformers to run
