Where to find Phrase trainer?

I've already searched, but just to try my luck asking, anyone know where to buy guitar phrase trainers first hand, like the TASCAM CD-GT1MKII or MPGT? And uh... don't bother recommending softwares to me because it's not what I want, sorry.

On a second note, I'm also looking for multiple-guitar stands and shops that sell Ernie ball strings in bulk (whole box rather than one pack of strings).
