Where can I find Fender Japan Strat ST-57 saddles/bridge?

Hey all,

I went to Penin and asked around some shops for the Fender Japan Strat saddle/bridge and they told me that they either do not have the parts or that the MIA versions can be fixed. However I am not convinced that the MIA versions will work with my guitar. I remember reading somewhere that the dimensions are different and it will interfere with intonation and such.

Anybody able to shed some light on this?

a definite 'won't fit' may not be the case but we do acknowledge the slight difference in measurements between the Jap & American models namely due to the different systems employed in the respective countries.

but before we recommend anything, maybe you can shed light on what the problem might be- we may recommend alternatives that would be equally effective.
