Underbelly.....you've heard of them!
A name that was created in the blink of an eye after a few too many Heinekens at the Melt farewell....promises of guitar and vocal gymnastics.....a band was formed.....
With a definite 70's vibe, the set list is a trip through Marley style reggae, Floyd style rock and Police style pop. Expect side trips to Stones kind of blues and Isley Brothers funk....with a heavy dose of guitar!
Underbelly is: Kalli - Vocals, Greg - Guitar/Vocals, Halim - Bass, Simon - Drums
Underbelly bring their under-rehearsed act to the Shoe this friday from around 830pm....should be fun!
Hey by the way if you didn't know already, The Old Brown Shoe has the best fish and chips on the planet...ok maybe not the planet but definitely Singapore, Batam and some say, JB....nicely wrapped in newspaper....old school!... they also do battered savs but that's another story....
