Stage presence

hi..

i just finished a singing competition..

but the judges commented that i do not have stage presence..

this had always been a big problem for me..

i tried to move around before when i sing.. but people commented that i move a lot and make the audience feel very "dizzy" or "confused".. as a result.. i tend to hold onto a spot on stage whenever i sing..

but somehow this makes me look like i do not have stage presence..

my fren advised me to try to make full use of the stage whenever i sing but i don't really know how..

Any advices..? Or any reference i can look into..?

it's not just for this competition that i took part.. but it has been a problem for me whenever i perform on stage..

I just woke up but I'll just wing this...

Stage presence.. you could start by watching videos of the songs and see how the singers' body language is like, observe when they move, their facial expressions, etc.
