I am a new vocalist and songwriter, and had recently released 2 of my own composed written songs (see song link below):

I am into the genre of Rock music that comes from the 80s... and i do hope to write more songs that sounds more towards that era... With this i am also hoping to recruit musicians to form my own band focusing only on originals. Unfortunately i know this is not an easy process. I have been thru many obstacles when i first started out in late 2013. Most of the people and bands that i started with will prefer to only do covers (stuffs like Sweet child o mine, living on a prayer, enter sandman, hotel california.....etc)... and they don't seem to be keen to do originals. That's why band after band, i did not stay long with them, cos i am seriously not interested in covers! I Therefore i forced myself to be solo to work on my own originals. Many times i really wanna simply give up, and just stuffed my composed songs into the wardrobe....

I do hope to continue to write more songs. Anyone interested to collaborate, or form a band (Drummer, Guitarist, Bassist) focusing on originals (see below also main requirements), please do pm me.

Requirements:
- Focusing only on Originals, not keen in covers
- Genre: Rock (80s style) .. Totally no other genres please.
- Jamming and meet up on Fri evenings, or Sat, or Sun afternoons...about say twice a month (can be discussed further)
- Be committed. Be responsible (Spare me the burden where after fixing the date and time to jam, then suddenly fly kite on actual day, informing me only the very last minute... i will fire you straight away if this happen!)
- Open to various age range. Also open to non Singaporeans
- Will be an advantage if you also write songs, though not neccessary.
- Will be nice if Guitarist/bassist able to know the chords to play from simple humming of the song
