i believe smokey no longer has regular production of the amps in cigarette boxes anymore,something about copyrights. not sure if you can still send them an empty pack to build the amp into. i would love to have one built into a winston pack hahaa.

for the price you're paying..what do you expect anyway? its a fun toy to play around with,even record. i once recorded a little marshall ms-2 to add texture to a drony single note riff..mixed it subtley it was perfect.

definitely not similar.
Soapamp cannot be connected to bigger amp or cab.

"Q. Can I plug Soap Amp to another guitar amps.?
A. No, Soap Amp allow only direct to speaker with minimum 8 Ohm"

hahaha, ok. Thats true, but who will buy a smokey amp to connect up to a amp to use as a fuzz box... :lol:

anyway, if we are talking about combo tube amp and above(not just the "practise amp"), there is usually speaker out jack behind to connect another head to it, so in a way, it can be connected to an amp anyway :lol:
