Selling a modified Vox Lil' Night Train amp head only.
Modifications include:
1. Upgraded output tube, I will include a spare.
2. Minor circuitry modifications for better clarity.
3. Replaced one resistor with a potentiometer that controls the midrange, this is the little guy on the left side of the amp.
I have converted this amp that when stock, was anaemic and characterless, into a great-sounding little head that has a nice Vox chime, and weight in its delivery for clean and overdriven sounds. The pre-amp tubes are still the original china ones, but this little amp works great as a clean platform for pedals.
$200 firm. No trades please.
