I am starting up a jamming cum recording studio. The premises, situated at a good location, has already been acquired and tenancy agreement and lease settled (1st month rental plus deposit). Studio has already been fully equipped with high-end equipment and instruments. Audio and video recording engineers have also been engaged to run operations and maintain the equipments and setup. In a nutshell, the studio is ready to start operations.
