Replacing rims and tyres on a mountain bicycle

Hi all,

I'm intending to replace my 26" single-speed mountain bike's tyres and rims to better ones. There's also a design flaw in the rims which makes usage of certain foot pumps difficult, which is why I want to change the rims as well. I will be using it on mild to moderate off-road terrain, as well as road and pavement use, so semi-slick tyres would be more suitable.

So anyone knows a rough price I'll be looking at, including installation by a professional? Thanks!

Ps. I know there's an online cycling forum based here in Singapore, but the people there are genuine enthusiasts and national competitors so I don't think that's the place for me.

I'm not confident about replacing the rims and tyres myself though, would rather have a shop do it for me professionally.
