replacing guitar jack and sum screws

any idea how much would it cost and where to change the jack of a les paul guitar? and a few screws are abit rusty, so how much is it to change the screws of the pick up covers, the plastic piece over the guitar jack...

I think it would cost <15 bucks?
screws included. not exact, a VERY VERY rough idea. oh, i estimated the prices based on my experiences at Beez.

i got mine changed by Mike @ StandardValue. i think it was between 10-15.
