i keep flipping my pickup selector switch up and down but no sound leh...

It might be disconnections... open it up and take a look? If you're handy with a soldering iron, you'll be able to get it fixed yourself instead of paying pple too much to fix for u.

soldering iron ah...may be able to get one frm d&t workshop..can tell me how to do it? (never really did much soldering for my d&t artefact)

soldering is pretty simple...but its kinda hard to explain...jus tell ur teacher u need to solder something..den he will pass u the soldering iron and the lead...
