Need help with my acoustic guitar.

Hey guys, would really appreciate it if anyone can help.

Does a 3mm bridge uplift affect the sound of the guitar? How can I fix this? And how much will it cost me?

If I want to "polish" my guitar (remove scratches, enhance gloss, etc.), how much would that cost me?

How much does a refretting job cost and where can I get it done?

Lastly, how can I contact Malcolm Tan?
