LOOKING for humble Musicians (guitar, bass, drum, etc.) for Mando Indie Folk R&P Grp
Keen on making an impact on the local chinese music scene?
You need not be chinese-speaking, but on the other hand possess the interest in making original indie folk rock/pop music (think English indie folk rock/pop artists like Feist, Lucy Rose, Zee Avi, Russian Red, Birdy, and mando pop singer-songwriters such as Cheer Chen, Zhang Xuan) and the humility of many local english indie musicians.
If you are:
1.) into making generic 4-chord, verse-chorus-bridge-chorus chinese pop music
2.) in the hopes of becoming the next pop/rock band selling commercial tunes as tv drama theme songs to local broadcasters
3.) in the hopes of becoming the next Mayday or Stef Sun
.... this might NOT work out for you (the nature of this group's music might just bore you :I)
