Looking for Guitarist (Mandarin Rock Originals)

Hi all, we're looking for a second guitarist for an originals mandarin rock band.

Our ideal band mate would be as follows:

• A guitarist who can play in time and able to lock with the rest of the band.

• Willing to contribute to one of the following:
1) lyrics writing (in mandarin)
2) music composition
3) recording/production process
4) some of the non-music related band duties (e.g. organizing the jam sessions, publicity, etc.)

• Ideal age group: People in their late 20s to 30s

• As originals creation is a long process, we're looking for people who are:
1) willing to commit long term
2) open to sharing the cost of creating an EP/album, if the band unanimously decide to go in that direction

• Jamming sessions would likely be on weekends afternoons or evenings, subjected to everyone's availability
