Another japanese jazz fusion tune!

If you read about how much I adore Mori in this thread, http://soft.com.sg/forum/japan/83739-mori-forest-j-jazz-fusion-band.html
you know how much I love this vid.

Besides, Mori's guitarist Taroma Koshida has a solo in this!! And I saw Mori's bassist Toru Nijishima in 7:25!!! WoooOOOooo...:D

And and and Hiroki Kashiwagi is the cellist! See 1:50 to 1:53!

thanks for putting this up!! wow i love this tune alot alot ^^ i like all 3 versions at once when i first listened to them cos i felt there was sth unique and beautiful in each of them =) and i'm starting to love taro hakase's compositions as well! he really plays with passion and intensity which is sooo inspiring

haha yup it sure looks like an exciting music fest!! anw is there a particular reason for dividing them into 2 stages? at first i had imagined it as a battle of some sorts but maybe im just thinking too much hehe

Its quite common for overseas music fest to be divided into several stages so that the audience can choose the stage they like. Its quite fun.

Violin Summit 2006

This is the version of Jounetus Tairiku played in the Violin Summit 2006.

When you watch this version, you've got to let the orchastra take you to places. :D

Imagine the lush forest of the South Americas at the rhythmic interval.

Dive under the sea and fly over icy glaziers with the cinematic bridge.

Lastly, put on your most flamboyant clothes to attend a European ball with all its grandeur and frivolity.

Enjoy yourself!

haha yeah i think i can visualise that... but it seems abit like national geographic channel ah hehe esp at 2:18 (is that the sea and the icy glaciers part lol) it's like saying 'pls take care of the environment onegaishimasu' lol

Yeah...and the harpist had a huge part to play in crystalizing the image.

Its fun to watch, yeah? ;)
