I just realised that there are Jackson that are only available for the japan domestic market.

These are different japanese models from what was listed on the Jackson USA site.

Custom-made price seems reasonable....

I'm going Japan end of the month, hard time finding the gears I want, half of what I enquired is out of stock, and only Ishibashi and Ikebe replied.

Anyone understands Japanese, they have no email on the website and the phone is a recorded message in Japanese. It seems like they are trying to block out non-Japanese residents who likes Japanese Guitar.

Not sure if they allow mass customisation?
Custom orders take 4mths to deliver.

I would like to customise something like split-coil and reverse headstock.

Custom Order price start from JPY 115,000 (SGD 1,400)
That seems reasonable.
I think their custom order is cheaper than ESP.

Their Production models of SL and ASL is somehow cheaper than ESP’s Horizon and M-II

Worse scenario, I will return without any guitar.

yeah i;ve enquired with them all for mr 2jb~

Fiall cost will be approx $2200 SGD not inclusice of Duty~

They say it will take at least 2 - 4 months, as they will request the guitar from the supplier~

Guitars come with softcases and will be shipped in Softcases unless theres someway to tell them you wanna buy a hardshell case and ship the guitar in that~

These are slightly differnt though, its a 24fret. but im gettin a rr5 from some guy in the phillippines~

was think of DK-01 or SL-J2EK or Gibson BFG.....

But will mostly go for the Gibson.... but the jackson star DK-01 price seem very attractive..

Cause wanna own a different type of guitar as i had a ibanze road star 2 and a yamaha RGZ Blues Saraceno with 2 EMG on it....

I asked for some ESP and Jackson Star models and
was told by ishibashi that they are build to order
ESP: 4-6mths
Jackson Star: 3mths

Take note: Order first then plan the trip to Japan.
wth, this is sad, hopefully there are some stocks that I like.
Now I realise Guitar is such a scare commodity in Japan
