Help with changing tempo/ adding metronome to MP3s!

hi guys! new to the forum here. i have access to a roland hd-1 set and i'm dying to play along with some songs. my teacher back in yamaha have this thing where he can change the tempo of a soundtrack.

i would like to ask if there's a program in mac/windows that can change the tempo of an MP3?
can the program also add a metronome inside the song to help me keep time?

Change tempo with a software? Audacity, and its free.

Metronome I never tried it.
