gibson guitar troubles

hi guys,

having a wiring issue with my gibson studio 50's tribute lp. Its a 2010 model and whenever i swap to the bridge pickup, a lot of signal is lost(almost no signal at all). I haven't done any mods to the guitar at all or even reached into the control cavity to fiddle with the electronics. The neck pickup works fine and gives a decent amount of output.

If anyone could help me i would be really grateful. I don't mind trying to fix this on my own with a soldering iron hehehe...get down and dirty.

I'm suspect the pickup selector switch.

Try fiddling around with your pickup selector switch, the contact points might be disjointed/loose there, as it's a common problem with LPs.
