g400 rather. pay slightly more can get a used mint one. set neck, better hums (covers) with nicer inlays and 61' pickguard

I do own a G400. Looks cool sounds cool. but just a slight balance problem which can be overcome easier as the neck isnt very heavy too. but i certainly recommend a pickup change of course...

probably around S$600 to S$800. haven't seen those in stock lately though.. not locally that is.

a stock G400 should be $640 at sweelee. If i'm not wrong. i checked it out 2 months ago. G400 offers both mahogany body and neck. while the special has an alder body and er...i cant' remember the neck
