Djembe tuning.

Hey bros/sis, sorry common topic again.

Inspired by you guys I decided to pick up Djembe
and just bought an old second hand one..

Now I realised there're defects on the skin and its very loose and needs tuning
Its rope tuned..

What would you do If you were me?

I saw them.. kinda confusing to me.. I think my Djembe not tied the same way..
The string ends on "string created handle" for carrying..
