any guitar shops in bali? or happening places to visit while in bali?
anybody went before care to share nice places to go or areas to give a miss?

Hey man,

I went to Bali recently and there are a few places to check out.

Temples
The Barong & Kriss Dance at Batubulan (Bali's tradition)
Bali Bombing Memorial (Near Kuta area)
Coffee Plantation (Traditional Bali coffee)
Sanur Beach (Swimming & watersports)
Kintamani (A landmark with great view)
Kuta (Shopping)
Ubud Market (More shopping, for females)
Matahari Square (Shopping Centre)

Bali has a lot of surf wear such as Globe, Rip Curl, Billabong, Quiksilver. That's in the Kuta and Matahari Square area. I didn't manage to find guitar shops in Bali though.

Are you going with a tour?.

A must go & see!!!! Kuta beach...Great looking tanned Japanese girls!!!!
Hmmm...but are you male or female? If you're a female then just go shopping at the Kuta area & visits the numerous pubs. Last went ther was back in 1998..:-D
But nevertheless, you should be going & have fun!
Oh yeah, don't think of any musical shops!! Haha..

Well, if you go on tour, your tour might go to temples most of the time. That was from my experience. I don't know about yours. Maybe you can ask where you will be going when you are there before booking. Yup, going there was a total break from music and guitars. I'll try to post up some pictures I took, maybe tmrw?.

Hi everyone..i'm going to Bali next week..for 6days and i really wan tto buy an electric guitar there..can anyone recommend me any guitar shop there?either new or 2nd it's ok as long as it worth every cents and for mr.eieio..where do you bought those "toys"?if cheap,than i can buy it at Bali for souvenier..
