I'm Fani 'm newbie here.
I come from jakarta Indonesia.
I have some question regarding Tesla Pickups
My band is an alternative Rock band with influence such as U2, The Script, Story Of the Year, The Used, Saosin, Circa Survive, Fall Out Boy, Secondhand serenade, etc.
I'm looking for a pickup which is good for drop tuning (eg: Drop D)
I also like to play Mr. Big and Extreme.
The tone i want to hear from my pickups is the tone that can cover: Mark Tremonti, The Edge, Paul Gilbert, Nuno Bettencourt, Guhtrie Govan, Ross Childress.
Pls could you suggest me which Tesla Pickups is suitable for me ?
BTW i'm using Telecaster classic custom with double humbucker Pickups.
The body is Ash/Mahogany and the fingerboard is rosewood.

Hey mike,
I was the guy that bought the 3 pin plug in at around 7+ in the evening.
Errm I'm still having problems, it's like I cant fully turn on the gain or clean volume it goesnuts again hum hum hum~~

Hi Mike,

I'm new here and I saw your diagram of the Biyang OTD-100 PRO. I purchased one on ebay and when I recieved it, it would not work. To make a very long story short, I need a power supply transformer (part of circuit board) and can't seem to get help anywhere. I emailed Biyang several times with no response. Do you know of anyway of getting a transformer or a schematic? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've got a tesla VR-1(neck) but i've got problems installing them unto my tele's neck position. Mainly cos the size is a little different from the original one. Isit cos this pickup is not meant to be installed on a tele in the first place? This is my first time changing pickups so there are many things i might not know.

on another note, if that pickup is not meant to be installed on a tele, what model of pickup (preferably tesla) would you recommend? single coil. I play some blues and rock
