Anyone bought from Ibanez Rules before?

What are the charges for small parts? How do I go about settling the payment? How long does it take the part to reach me?

I'm looking for Ibanez Edge claw screws, my ones are starting to strip and I'm looking to change them. The part number is 2ST2C2.

Does anyone know whether the shops here in Singapore might carry the claw screws?

Checkout eillekoet, they have Ibanez parts there and I got Edge replacement from them.
 
I bought stuff twice from rich at ibanez rules. Even asked him for advice on my edge pro trem. Very nice guy from new jersey. Email him and ask if he has stock and shipping cost. use paypal. Takes 10-14 days (if kena weekend or u.s. holiday) to arrive. He will email u to inform u he has sent it out. Confirm will reach.. cheers!
