still waiting for Garmen to announce Phase 3 so that we could all go back to the old KTV days...

heard that Malaysia could reopen borders to SG come Jan 2021...

maybe by then, PHASE 3 can occur

Lawrence Wong said yesterday that they will talk about Phase 3 in a few weeks' time.

So maybe... Phase 3 might occur in Nov or Dec 2020.

The Minister say Phase3 might be out by year-end (Dec2020)

BUT...

KTV, nightclubs may not open yet ?!!!!

hello Minister... you can open air travel to New York, but you dont allow us night entertainment?

Phase 3 started since 28 Dec 2020.

But apart from the 8 per table new rule, I don't really see much difference to Phase 2 leh...

can anyone spot other differences?
