The brains of the Roland TD-15KV V-Drums Electronic Drum Kit comes in the form of the new TD-15 Drum Sound Module, which is powered by Roland’s SuperNATURAL sound engine. The Drum Kit’s sound module provides a number of practice aids such as the “Time Check,” “Quiet Count,” and “Warm Ups” exercises as well as the QUICK REC, which allows you to, as the name suggests, quickly record your performance and play it back to review.
Offering advanced dual-trigger sensors, metal rim hoops, tensionable heads, and compact casings the Roland TD15KV Drum Kit utilises the lightweight 10″ mesh head PDX-100 V-Pads for the snare and floor tom. These can also be positioned in a way that suits you with their dual-mounting capability.
The VH-11 floating hi-hat supplied with the Roland TD 15KV V-Drums Electronic Drum Kit offers the feel of its acoustic equivalent, they even mount to a conventional hi-hat stand. Comprised of one floating cymbal pad atop a fixed lower base the VH-11 is fast to set up and easy to move around.
The improved KD-9 provides a fantastic mechanism and cloth-designed bass drum head, which together provide great playability and dynamic response, even when using a double pedal.
