Two items for sale:
1. New iPad Generation 3 (wifi & LTE 4G, 32GB, retina display, white). A one-to-one replacement unit from Apple which I have not yet collect from Apple Service Centre. 90 days official warranty from Apple. iPad is new. Cable & Charger are pre-owned. Not sure whether they will issue box which i doubt so. maybe brown box? This might be a refurbished factory set but Apple guaranteed to be "as good as new with no scratches" covered with official Apple warranty.
