If you wiki fuzz face, (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuzz_Face),
"Despite popular belief that Arbiter used randomly selected pairs of transistors, Dennis Cornell, one of the engineers who worked for Arbiter in the 1960s,[8] described in a 2016 Guitarist magazine article how he auditioned them for their sonic properties."

Yes this was made by Dennis Cornell, one of the original engineers of the fuzz face in the 1960s. He also built racks for David Gilmour (of Pink floyd fame)

"However, there are still some NOS (New old stock) available. As a result, respected UK amp guru Denis Cornell has built a special edition fuzzbox, called the 1st Fuzz NOS, utilizing the original NKT275 transistor, regarded as one of the best sounding devices ever used in a fuzzbox circuit."
