Comes with everything in the original package (even the BOSS Sticker is still there). Used like 5 times at home.

Bought at Standard Value(SV Guitars) at Peninsula 2 months back
Used like 2-3 times only. Just like the BOSS Metal Zone.
Comes with everything from the original package as well(warranty sticker from SV guitar still till Sep of 2014)
