What is the order? Like which comes first and which is next(im talking about where the guitar is made in like mic, mik, mia, mim)?

just look at the quality of the built of the guitar man.
i dun tink u shd trust all them MIK MIA MIK MIC too much.

generally though, i get what you mean.
a lot of ppl tend to veer toward MIAs and MIJs.
i hear japan's qc's way higher. but for fender strats,
which is what i'm using, i'm not a big fan of the feel
of the MIJ necks.

and naturally,
then its MIK and MIM and then MIC i guess...
but that's just generalizing i guess, and i think it's not
very fair to group them together like that.

there isnt an order. MIC stuff need not be bad and MIA need not be good. its all up to your taste, feel, judgement and whatever senses you use to test gear.
