Hi all,just started out on bass 2 weeks ago.
Went jamming yesterday and all was fine but when i went back home,i downstroked my A string and there was buzzing.
I normally play fingerstyle so i just picked up on it.
Theres only buzzing when its a open note so i checked the nut and it looked like there was more than enough space for the string.I could even take the string out easily and put it back.
The nut looked kinda shitty,like the inside of the nuts were not smooth they were like jagged.
Btw the strings are light gauge i think.
So i was wondering how much would a replacement nut plus installation cost?
