Hi all, I will be hosting a Community Song Circle 9 Apr (Tues), 7.30-9.30pm at Co. @ Duxton, 99 Duxton Rd (a co-working event space).
How it works:
I hold a space for safe non-performative singing, we quickly learn some easy but meaningful songs to sing together. In the circle/workshop time we learn about 5-8 songs and sing them together as a group. Lyrics tend to be sparse and use repetition to really anchor into the rhythm. Harmony and improvisation are encouraged!

All voices are welcome, no musical experience required, just singing together with others. In fact, if you are a shy singer/sing in the shower only type, specially invited to come share in the communal music making!
It's a public holiday the next day, so a nice way to sing your way to a rest day from the work week.
