hi,been wondering if it is possible to change my guitar pickups i know that most guitar pickups can easily be changed.however my guitar has a pcb for the nanomag at the back of the guitar electronics the pick ups are connected by a 3way pin.so is it possible

my guitar is currently using 0.09-0.46. however the e string snap and i am gonna change the strings to a 0.12-0.56 set. Do i need to adjust anything on my guitar as i heard that the 0.12 has a high tension btw i had a little fret buzz on the low e for the old set i used(0.09 gauge)
