Regularly dehumidified and kept in the air-conditioned room.
No obvious scratches as I love to take care of my stuff.
Upgraded to bone pins. No pickup install on it.
Proper set up has been done with new strings.
Original hardcase is provided.
Great sounding guitar both for strumming and fingerpicking as the wood has opened.
