Crazy good Les Paul for the price. Retailed at SV Guitars back in the day for $1250, currently discontinued. So this is one of the few rare pieces left. This guitar is really a killer at its price. Beats the lower ends gibson around its price by a mile. Sustain is really good and its plays like butter. Selling only because I'm more of an acoustic guitar player and it's way too under-utilized. Condition 8.5/10, some minor dings and scratches but nothing major
Invested in top-of-the-line electronics as well - here are some upgrades I've made that cost over $150 including a nice setup from my luthier:
Replaced the 4 old Alpha pots with new Emerson Pro CTS pots.
Installed treble bleed mods for each volume control.
Added a vintage-correct 0.047uf ceramic capacitor to each tone control.
Replaced the output jack to a Switchcraft model.
Comes with a lush interior Uno Hard Case
Will throw in a Mono Strap (worth $49)
Strap Locks installed as well!!
After all the upgrades, this guitar will blow any low end Gibson out of the water. Try it to believe it!!
Total cost after upgrades and setup - $1250 + $150 + $49= $1449+++
Selling price: $599 (FRICKIN ALMOST 1/3 OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE)
