Hi,
We're a really really new band that just had our first jamming session not too long ago, and we're looking for a vocalist to join us! Right now we're a 3 piece band: guitarist, drummer and me the bassist. We're all guys, aged around the early 20s.
As a casual jamming band, we're just playing covers of whatever songs we fancy. Will we aim for gigs in the future? Well who knows. As of now our aim is to have fun and chill out to music, and see what the future holds for us as a band.
We aim to jam every weekend or fortnightly, depending on our schedules.
So how things work is that we propose 2 songs each to be played during our sessions, and we rock out to those songs. The songs we've played so far:
Fix You - Coldplay
Yellow - Coldplay
All The Small Things - blink 182
Left Hand Free - alt-j
Waiting For The World To Change - John Mayer
Collide - Howie Day
Our personal song tastes generally gravitate towards a wide variety of rock, such as indie, pop, punk, hard rock etc. Right now we're still in the midst of deciding our next setlist, so join us and you'll have your say too!
