S2S and Klipsch are proud to present the highly anticipated album, <State of Rock>. This album is an initiative by S2S to show support and appreciation towards local indie artistes. Having the privilege to collaborate with Klipsch, we aim to deliver quality local music with great sound to the audiences.
The indie music scene is certainly not something new in Singapore and it has been growing tremendously over the years. In fact, Singapore’s top radio stations have begun to pick up indie music and have been broadcasting it through their shows. Along with SG50 celebration, S2S’s idea of this album is to mark the milestones of the music scene in Singapore as well as to promote local music beyond home.
<State of Rock> is an album with a mixed bag of great hits, featuring an eclectic blend of original music with genres ranging from rock, hip-hop to pop. It showcases the originality and creativity of 30 Singapore-based independent artistes where their vocal prowess effortlessly complements their instrumental beats.

These indigenous artistes have also become societal figures in the local music scene and are no stranger to the performing stage. It is our honour to have their contribution on this album when approached by us several months ago. Adding on, S2S will be including a few new singles which have yet to be released to the public.
With the artistes’ musical expertise and a steady following of fans locally and in the Asian region, we are certain that with our uncompromised efforts during production, this album will be a qualitative and successful one.
