Hi all,
Up for grabs is a vintage pre-Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray, Leo Fender era with a B01xx serial number.
Think Louis Johnson (The Brothers Johnson) and Bernard Edwards (Chic), and you'd have an idea what it sounds like and how it looks. It's a bass seen a lot in the funk scene, and has also made some appearances in jazz as well. Overall a rather versatile bass.
All parts are stock, and the bass has seen some natural aging over the years.
It comes in a natural finish, with its iconic 2-band EQ, and its combination of maple neck/fretboard and ash body.
