The Glenlivet continues its support of those willing to pursue their passion with a special night at Wala Wala.
On 25 July 2014, patrons of Wala Wala Cafe Bar will get to enjoy a sumptuous pairing of the luxurious flavours of The Glenlivet together with a one-night-only gig by new acoustic pop band The Passerby.
THE PASSERBY
The Passerby is a newly formed band that specialises in combining music technology with percussive elements from all over the world. Despite its recent formation, The Passerby boasts a vast depth of experience, as each of the band members are established musicians in their own right. The band features Jacklyn on vocals, Elijah on guitar and keyboard, Murale on drums and Justin on percussion. The Passerby will perform 3 sets from 930pm. Come check them out.
Minimum age of 20years old applies for entry to upstairs.
THE GLENLIVET
The Glenlivet was the first licensed distillery in the parish of Glenlivet in the Speyside, Scotland in 1824. Its exquisite flavour profile has made The Glenlivet synonymous with quality and the benchmark by which all other single malts are judged. As it grew in prominence, it paved the way for the Speyside region to be one of the world’s foremost regions of Scotch whisky, thus giving it the title of “the single malt that started it all”.
